HOW TO INSERT BIKESEAL PUNCTURE PREVENTION
Place the motorcycle on a level surface, ideally on the centre stand as you will need to rotate the tyres. Rotate the tyre until the valve is at "5 or 7 O'clock" and is clear of mudguard/exhaust/chain. Remove dust cap and place in parts tray. Take a reading of the tyre pressure. Deflate the tyre using the valve tool. Remove the valve core and place in parts tray. Move parts tray to safe place. Locate your BIKESEAL 550ml bottle and pull up the upper half of the sealing cap to reveal the insertion tube. Remove the black sealing cap. Attach the motorcycle extension tube provided. Invert the bottle and thread the insertion tube past any obstructions to connect with the tyre valve stem. Holding the BIKESEAL bottle straight above the valve stem (like a hospital drip), rotate until you can read the quantities printed on the label. Steadily squeeze the product down the tube and into the tyre, checking progress using the quantity markings. DO NOT OVERFILL! When complete, set the bottle to one side and clean off any spillage with a lint free cloth. Locate the valve core back into the valve seat, screwing home using the valve core tool. Do not overtighten. Using your compressor/inflator reinflate to manufacturer's recommended tyre pressure. Repeat for the other tyre WHAT IF I GET A BLOCKAGE? Remove the insertion tube and using a thin, flexible straw (WD40 delivery straw is ideal) gently push the product into the tyre to clear.

Each repair lace is composed of 21 plies of high tensile synthetic yarn. Each yarn is immersed in a vulcanizable, butyl rubber sealing compound until 300% its own weight is deposited on the yarn. These coated yarns are then twisted to form the repair lace. When inserted into the hole, this unique rubber mixture gives a perfect seal, ensuring no air leakage or water ingress. Each Safety Seal repair has a shear strength up to 160 kg. Safety Seal has undergone intense high speed and endurance tests.
