Shipping Policy

This policy governs how we deliver products you have ordered from our shop.

Preparing your order for despatch

As soon as we receive your order, we will prepare it for despatch to the delivery address you have supplied. Items will be sent by our courier service,

Once everything is prepared we will advise you by email when your order is leaving us by courier.

How long will my delivery take?

Approximate delivery times are shown in the checkout area of our shop. A typical courier delivery between 3 to 5 days from receipt of your order.

What about deliveries outside of South Africa?

If you would like to have an item shipped to a country outside of South Africa, please contact us so that we can quote the delivery charge. Some items may only be suitable for land based delivery.

What if the item is not in stock?

Stock items are typically delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering. Items ordered from the manufacturer can vary, however the majority of our products are delivered to us in 14-21 days. If you need an item urgently or have any questions, please telephone or email us as we may be able to ship the item directly to you from the manufacturer.

What about the packaging?

We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and securely. Please take care when opening the packaging, DO NOT USE A KNIFE or you may damage the contents. Airbag jackets and vests are packed carefully to ensure that they arrive with you safely, but Love Life and Ride Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in this way.

We recommend that you keep all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase, as you may need it to return an item to us.

Which courier do you use?

We use a variety of door to door couriers. You will be asked to sign for your delivery. If you are not in, the courier will attempt to re-deliver the next day, after which a card will be left for you to collect from their local depot. if you are unable to claim your parcel it will be returned to us, and any repeat delivery will be charged for.

When we despatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email, containing information to track your delivery.

How are smaller items sent?

All smaller items will be despatched by courier.

What if I need to return something?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. if you are not, please return to us in the original packaging, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
